Adras Property holds strategic alliances with multiple state, national and international specialists, including valuers, civil and environmental engineers, surveyors, town planners, designers, architects and agents. These alliances enable us to find solutions to most land and property issues.
Property Development
Adras Property has experience in all facets of land and property development, including concept, definition, feasibility, implementation and delivery.
We undertake these tasks independently, in joint venture with others, as project managers and in a consultative capacity.
Mining & Resources
Adras Property acts and advises a number of high net worth families, private equity funds and individuals in the Australasia Region. Although our business is predominately in property, we from time to time also act for clients regarding mineral and resource assets they may own or require.
We have a number of clients with mining projects in Australia and Steel Mills throughout the Asia Region seeking to form partnerships.
