Sunset Beach Estate – Stage One was a premier foreshore development for the Godiniland Group in Geraldton, located just 5 kms north of the Geraldton’s City Centre. It boasted some 2 km of unspoilt, foreshore and was the only coastal development in Geraldton that allows residents and their visitors direct access to the beach 365 days a year.

It was a master planned community aimed at families who wanted a beachside, open-space lifestyle whilst still being within easy reach of a city centre and the advantages it brings ... schools, shops and sporting facilities, which are nearby.

Furthermore, the Estate was a Telstra Smart Community, ensuring that resident’s technology needs were guaranteed.

Project Management

In leading the management team for this environmentally and community sensitive townsite expansion program, Adras Property was involved in every part of the projects development including master planning, structure planning, urban design, subdivision design, commercial and retail planning, project coordination, statutory planning, rezoning, development applications, construction, marketing, sales, publicity and communications.

Further, we coordinated other parties on the project including, environmental scientists and engineers, civil engineers, hydrologists, archaeologists, town planners, government agencies, federal government agencies, community groups and various media outlets.
