Port Gregory Caravan Park is 1.26ha property acquired in 2005 due to its proximity to the Geraldton CBD, the coastal location, the strong local and regional economic drivers and the future development potential for the region as well as an income stream from the business.

The owners of the Park, Sunray Pty Ltd have leased the Caravan Park Business to others for a number of years but in 2009 commenced running the property as an in-house activity. New managers were appointed and the park is subject to a continuous improvement program developed by Adras Property.

Sunray intends to increase the base income streams from the Caravan Park by maintaining and improving the existing facilities as well as, increasing the number of cabins and studios available for lease. They have sought to increase the awareness of the Caravan Park amongst the camping and caravanning community, through strategic advertising.

On this project we provided management advice, commercial counsel and a business plan allowing the owner to fund and improve the facilities.
