Parkview

Parkview Apartments sit high over Wellington Square, one of the oldest parks in the Perth CBD.

It is a complex inspired by a bygone era, namely 19th Century England and tall Victorian Terraces and the row houses of the time. The Apartments are complete with filigree fretwork, shingle styled roofing, tall chimneys and terracotta chimney pots, decorative brickwork and carved masonry lintels and keystone arches. Further, the buildings are set around a traditionally paved and landscaped quadrangle, complete with decorative paving, mature trees, shaped shrubs, park benches and Victorian styled street lighting.

The Parkview apartment complex is made up of 52 individual apartments set over 4 levels, with private balconies which overlook Wellington Square or the inner quadrangle. All apartments are two bedroom, one bathroom and have generous living spaces which allow for relaxing or entertaining.

The apartments were built by the Fini Group in the early 1990’s and was one of the first, new era styled apartment buildings to be developed in Perth Central Business District. The location and the craftsman’s finish given to both the internal and external features appeal to many an urban professional who sought a city address together with the ability to lock-up and leave their property at a moments notice, with complete peace of mind.

Even after 15 years, the building and grounds still look good a testament to the pride shown by the owners towards their homes.
