The 38 apartment complex was designed by leading Western Australian architects – Puddy Lee Partnership and where reminiscent of the traditional London Terrace, whilst also at the cutting edge of contemporary Australian architecture.

The complex was constructed over 3 levels which incorporated under building parking, outdoor balconies, comprehensive security and extensive courtyard garden areas. Whilst the interiors were open planned, clean lined with high finishes and low maintenance fixtures/fittings.
