We undertake detailed due diligence, through all aspects of a property transaction and focus on mitigating the key risks associated with projects. Further, our services are often provided without the knowledge of all parties to a transaction, thus allowing our client to retain a commercial edge in negotiations with a third party or vendor. In other circumstances, we act for either the buyer or the seller as its representative.

In many instances, our detailed knowledge and understanding of a project and the climate surrounding a project, results in our being retained for the life of the asset under a watching brief and/or project management basis.
