Gallery Suites is a $30M refurbishment of a seven storey office building into a luxury apartment complex with ground floor retail and basement parking. One of the tallest buildings in Fremantle, the property was formally the Fremantle Court Administration Building until 10 years ago. The owner sought to redevelop the site to its highest and best use. The Fremantle City Council would not permit a new building on the site to have seven levels so the owner agreed to consider a significant refurbishment to retain all seven levels.

In the last 4 years planners and architects worked through the approvals and detailed design process with the client with over arching project management provided by Adras Property. In 2008 the building refurbishment was completed and the new residents moved in to enjoy the features of this unique and luxury complex.
