Blue Waters Estate is a joint venture project between Adras Property and Godiniland. It is located in the Esperance suburb of Sinclair, just a short - 5 minute drive from the Esperance Town Centre.

Sinclair is one of those mature suburbs currently undergoing a re-birth as young couples and families are discovering the benefits of moving into the area. The lot sizes in the area are large, as are the existing homes, with land and homes in the reasonablely priced catagory.
