Albany Green Acreages Estate

Albany Green Acreages Estate is a special rural subdivision created by Adras Property and joint venture partner Godiniland in the picturesque southern city of Albany.

This unique development is located a short 10 kilometres from the City Centre on the Lower Denmark Road and has terrific views of the undulating landscape which is the Torbay region of Albany.

The entire Estate comprises of some 291 hectares of land which was previously run as a cattle farm. It is gradually been transformed and developed into a series of semi-rural lifestyle blocks, ideal for those wanting to live close to the convenience of a city centre whilst also having the freedom to live and run a small farmlet to do whatever they like ... have a veggie patch, a few chickens, a small orchard or merely space to move and admire the scenery.

For us (the developers), one of the exciting aspects of the Estate has been our ability to have regard to the environment and the native flora and fauna of the region. In developing the Albany Green Acreages Estate, we were committed to creating a healthy, sustainable environment where residents and nature can live in harmony with each other.
