Acacia Garden Estate at Mount Tarcoola in Geraldton was another project developed by the Godiniland Group in the Mid-West Region of Western Australia.

The Estate was developed as a high tech, future-proofed subdivision orientated towards families who wished to embrace technology for business, schooling and recreational purposes. As part of this future proofing, the entire estate was developed as a Telstra Smart Community able to provide access to high speed internet, pay television, free to air digital tv, next generation mobile phone services, direct movie downloads and much, much more.

Stages One and Two released between 2007 and 2008 sold out very quickly, as families realised the value provided in the estate and the benefits of living close to the Geraldton City Centre.

The third and final stage in the estate was released in early 2009 at the height of the Global Financial Crisis but due to the competitive pricing of the lots in the market place, they were also quickly snapped up by the general buying public.

Our involvement in the project was as consultants to the Godiniland Group, providing advice and solutions on various issues, including legislative requirements, design, pricing and sales.
