Although we do have projects in and around the Perth metropolitan area, our preference has always been land and property development in country WA, as our history began in the wide open spaces of regional Australia. Of course having a successful and profitable project is important to us and our clients ... BUT it is more about the level of the profit and what sacrifices are made to obtain the best outcome possible for all concerned ... be it the client, government, society in general, the community or the environment.
